I’m Rach, a Northern Rivers-based celebrant with a knack for storytelling, a background in high-end events, and a passion for helping couples feel completely at ease. I’ll guide you through every step — from legal paperwork to vow writing — and make sure your ceremony is seamless, personal, and joy-filled.

From our first chat to your final “I do,” I’m here to make things easy, personal, and actually enjoyable. You can expect calm guidance, clear communication, and a ceremony that feels like you — not something you’ve seen a hundred times before. I’ll handle all the legal bits, help you find the words when you can’t, and offer as much support (or as little) as you need. You’ll get access to my ceremony planning tools, vow-writing tips, and a stack of resources to help you feel confident and calm every step of the way.

On the day, I’ll be there early, working alongside your vendors to make sure everything flows beautifully. I’ll bring a steady, joy-filled presence, and deliver a ceremony that’s meaningful, relaxed, and full of heart. No awkward moments. No cheesy lines. Just a beautifully crafted celebration that hits all the right notes.

How It All Works

Step 1: Let’s chat
We’ll start with a no-pressure call so you can get a feel for who I am and how it all works.

Step 2: Lock it in
If I’m the right fit, you’ll receive a quote, sign your contract, and pay the $300 booking fee. Boom — you’re in the calendar.

Step 3: Start the fun
We’ll meet (in person or online), get the legal stuff underway, and start planning your ceremony. You’ll get access to my exclusive resource library with vow-writing guides, song suggestions, and trusted vendor lists.

Step 4: Wedding time!
I’ll coordinate with your vendors, prep your vow cards and paperwork, and make sure everything runs like magic on the day.

Step 5: You’re married!
I’ll lodge your paperwork and request your official certificate (you’ll need it to change your name if you want to).
