How I Support You on the Day

You’ve planned the day. Now it’s time to relax, be present, and let it all happen. I’ll be there early to make sure everything is set and ready, and that the ceremony space feels calm and welcoming.

Here’s what you can expect from me on the day:

• I’ll arrive at least 60 minutes before your ceremony to set up and check in with your other vendors.

• I’ll touch base with you (and your partner) to check how you’re feeling and answer any last-minute questions.

• I’ll check the ceremony space — sound, layout, placement — and guide any small adjustments if needed.

• I’ll liaise with your photographer, videographer, and musicians so everyone’s on the same page.

• I’ll gently guide your guests if needed, and welcome them warmly before we begin.

• I’ll lead your ceremony with care, confidence and heart — setting the tone for the rest of the day.

And afterwards, I’ll check in with you, complete all the necessary legals, and leave you to soak up the love.

If I’m also your MC, you’ll get even more of me throughout the day, making sure the celebration flows beautifully.
